Therefore it is not necessary to apply the fix manually

May be ok on fresh install, but upgrade fails now. At least for me.

But now:

- db upgrade fails.
Ran zmupdate manually failed.
Got it to work with the suggested mysql work-around.

FPS should show in montage, unless you turned it off,
and camera views brought up by clicking on the camera thumbnail, or a less frequent one under function, where it's capturing.

I find changing the source type restores live view.

E.G., Ffmpeg -> Libvlc -> Ffmpeg (with decoding enabled) restores the stream. Scary stuff.

I don't see where you mentioned what the cams are?
What is zm reported fps? Is there more than one stream?

I have mostly pretty low res cams and run them at 5fps, modect, and don't have any problems that bother me at the moment.
I do sort of wish they'd made a release of this version a few weeks ago when it was pretty stable, though.

There may have been a problem in .20.
Not sure as current version is .21 and it is working for me.
Simplest thing is get .21, See if it helps. You might try clearing cookies, too - not sure what all is in those now.

Desktop or server? I find a monitor useful. Anyway, unless your cameras are hard to set up, probably just drop the monitor table. Or back it up first. If all the cams are very similar, it's pretty easy after the first to just clone the first and change the IP. Maybe even easier to disable the cams t...

1.35.what? There have been big changes since 1.35.x was started. You should either go back to a release version - 1.34.23 as I write, or if you want to stick with 1.35. (development version subject to breakage) I suggest you reinstall, add one camera, and then read up on it. For instance, "buffers" ...

Rebooting seems to work here.

At present, not really. But it may be usable.
Presently no RTSP per their FAQ but they're working on it, it says.
It's pretty cheap, so maybe worth a try.

But, how's your cpu usage?
Sometimes mine gets a little behind and it recovers on its own (gives up on older stuff, and more or less restarts itself, I think).

This is a development version...there may still be a problem getting access to the database.
